Our Realtor recommended A-Action Home Inspection for our home inspection (we are first time home buyers). We are building a new home & wanted to get our own inspection mainly for peace of mind & A-Action sent Dave to be our inspector, he was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, took his time & went over his finding in detail with us to make sure we understood & was comfortable with everything he did. Josh was our inspector. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. Took the time to explain everything to us on our report, he had photos for visual representation. Robert was excellent. I would hire this company to do my inspections any time. Their inspectors are very knowledgeable, personable and easy to talk to. They break down the information without making you feel bad for not knowing. This inspection helped reduce my cost of the home as price became negotiable after the report was created. We recently remodeled our house and wanted to make sure everything works properly. We called this company to schedule a home inspection. We had to cancel a few times since the house was not ready for inspection, throughout the whole process they were very patient and understanding! Randy was awesome! Very detailed and professional.
