Patrick Monahan is the managing partner of Monahan Law Firm, PLC. Patrick began his legal career practicing real estate, construction, and general business litigation. Over the years, Monahan Law Firm, PLC has expanded to serve clients in domestic relations, personal injury, and estate planning. You will experience Mr. Monahan's "person-first" approach once you meet with him.
Sydney Brewer is an associate attorney at Monahan Law Firm, PLC. Sydney was born and raised in the great state of Arizona and received both her Bachelor of Arts degree and Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University. Sydney's skill for debate and negotiation developed at a young age with a lot of practice arguing with her parents and three siblings.
Peggy Williams is the Receptionist and Legal Assistant at the Firm. Originally born and raised in Wyoming where the ranch life was an adventure and riding horses was her pass time. Before coming to the Firm, Peggy was an assistant property manager for 15 years and then worked for a General Contractor and Subcontractor for 6 years.

Lady up front is really nice which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. The lawyer himself is pretty much a caricature of all the lawyer jokes you've ever heard. A know-it-all but didn't even read one page of the things I sent him in advance. I think this man has a specialty somewhere in the real estate world, and probably does well there, but definitely not a representative of my problem.

This man should be disbarred! I had to file a complaint with the AZ state Bar and AZ Attorney General Office, he took money from my elderly disabled mother and did absolutely nothing on her case. He had her pay money upfront and then created bogus charges to take all her money. He is now withholding information from her and our family that is needed to move forward with of case. He is nothing but a unprofessional bully.

I cannot say enough for Patrick and his team as they were incredible. I was faced with an uphill battle that caused an incredible amount of anxiety and after retaining Patrick, we discussed a plan in great detail, and adapted as necessary. Every time I had a concern and reached out both Debby and Patrick were both very responsive and practical. I am so thankful they helped me navigate these turbulent times. If I were to ever have any legal issues again, I will be using them again.

Great attorney, he even gave me a free consultation after his assistant heard my case/story. Took a while for my case to be completed, and he was there with me every step of the way explaining everything to me and my family. He gave me great legal advice for the future. Hopefully I will never need an attorney again, but if I do I will be hiring him again.

I scheduled an hour for consultation. $150.
I needed to explain my issue for context. Before I could get even a fraction of the situation described he began cutting me off and demanding to know "what law" was applicable. Good grief, that's why I'm asking a lawyer in the first place. I asked him to let me complete the scenario, but he kept cutting me off demanding that I tell him "what law"? I told him that, if I could fill out the context and sequence of events, then we could talk about viability of pursuing legal
