Tremendous experience taking the pre-licensing course with Tiffany. Tiffany has so much energy and of course the expertise that translated into each day of class being very productive. I had watched some youtube content of another highly regarded local instructor and I actually found Tiffany's presentation of the material a lot more effective. Communication from Jason and the school was excellent. Plenty of resources made available to us to help us study. I'll be back for future training.

I loved my time at GO School because the instructors were great, made things very understandable and actually enjoyable. The cost was great from what I found comparing other options and who doesn't like a community coffee machine during a long day in class! Not only that I know I passed my first time through because of the detailed and quality instruction on what to expect on the exam.

The broker prelicensing course contained ALOT of information. However, Tiffany explained topics in great detail, shared creative ways to help us understand the material, and she was open to answering any questions we had. Great instructor!

I began my real estate career at the age of 40 and therefore was anxious and intimidated by the educational requirements having finished college several years prior. You hear stories of how difficult the material is, the math, the amount of material and the short amount of time to learn it. I will go no other place ever again. Did prelicensing class with GO which was wonderful. I learned tons, classroom instruction was great and the materials for study were more than adequate. Then tried HomeCoach for Contracts/Closing just because of price. You get what you pay for, right? It was awful. There were no materials provided for this class other a pdf email copy of each addendum. We went over ONE closing during the entire class and the class was very confused.
Signed up for my next class beginning in Feb with GO. NEVER.anywhereelse.again.

I can't imagine a more pleasant environment in which to take a very difficult course and exam than GO School - ergonomic chairs, great lighting, snacks, gourmet coffee machine, handy, clean restrooms, and there is a varied selection of cafes on the street level. Director Jason absolutely wants you to succeed and has a diversified, fun, experienced team of instructors to help you achieve your goals.

I went here for my pre-licensing class, so I can not compare it to any others since it was my first RE school... but they gave me absolutely no reason to even consider going anywhere else for future classes. I really love this place, and would not hesitate at all to recommend it to anyone who is looking into starting a real estate career, or those already licensed who need continuing ed classes.
