Eileen Guber incorrectly calculated my brother’s City of Philadelphia tax debt resulting in him owing the city additional money in penalties due to her mistake. Eileen Guber was asked how to proceed, she responded: “This doesn’t concern me, call another CPA or a lawyer”, before hanging up. She does not stand behind her work.
Unfortunately you can’t facebook report your way out of swindling your own clients.

I've been a business customer of Guber and company since 2017. I am very happy with a breadth of services the company provides; bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning and preparation of tax returns. Eileen helped me set up my company from the very start. She assisted me with learning quick books and how to accurately track my sales and material purchases. She was also very helpful in explaining how the quarterly taxes, money etc would work. Not only that but I had questions for her every once and while and she always gets back to me (above and beyond!). I would recommend Guber and Company to anyone who wanted to start a business , had tax questions or needed help filing yearly taxes. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
The following is my experience with Eileen Guber “Guber & Company, CPA”
1. Took over 6 weeks to do our taxes, after promising they would be finished within a week. Didn't return phone calls.
2. Entered incorrect figures for the local tax debt, which I caught and had to recalculate myself
3. Asked for additional money to fix HER OWN mistakes, multiple times
4. Calculated the local tax debt for 2015 and 2016 incorrectly, resulting in us owing much more in penalties
5. When we called Eileen Guber to ask how she intends to proceed, she responded:

Very unprofessional service. It took almost 1 month for Yelena to complete my quoter estimate. She couldn't even login to my quickbooks so I had to recreate an account just for her. She end it up putting my Google Adwords expenses to Utilities and other business expenses in the wrong sections so I had to find a different CPA to redo the work. We also agreed for a PayPal as a method of payment, but she changed her mind at the end and told me to pay with a check and started to blackmailing me. Quote "I cannot do it though paypal. It is a tax season. I cannot learn another billing program
