Carefully prepared learning centers allow children to actively interact with materials to help form conceptual understandings of abstract concepts. Montessori-inspired materials are provided to allow children to work at their own pace and challenge themselves. We promise to provide a chemical-free environment with a focus towards the use of eco-friendly products.
Here at The Wholesome Playhouse, we believe that each child deserves personal and individualized care; therefore, we promise to maintain low staff-to-child ratios compared to commercial child care centers. For this reason, we can only enroll a handful of children at a time; but since we vary the ages of children in our care, there are always new openings available.
Your child's monthly tuition will be determined based off the rate index number shown in the chart below. Unlike most childcare centers who charge a fixed rate based off the number of days your child is in care, we cater to more flexible schedules and charge based on the number of hours your child is scheduled in a week.
Our curriculum is inspired by the Montessori teaching method, which focuses on fostering the "whole child" (the child's academic, social, emotional, and physical development) through self-directed activities, hands-on learning, and collaborative play.
