I am a lifelong resident of Charles County, MD and I am ecstatic to be a able to serve my community further. I am currently a member of the Chamber of Commerce and a long time member of the Mt. The customer service is amazing! I really appreciate how quickly the team respond to service requests and questions. I never feel rushed or like I don’t matter to the team. The office is also very nice and comfortable when I need to go in. I could not recommend this agency enough!

I am a new customer that has transferred my business from Nationwide to State Farm! I made the transition bc of the new discounted rate I was offered for being a safe driver! Now that I am a member with State Farm I can appreciate the hospitality from the staff and the company. They go above and beyond for their members and give them 5 Star service! I had an issue with my login info for the website and Ms Lewis contacted me personally to resolve the issue! This company makes you feel appreciated and just like a part of their family!
