Can’t say enough good things about Kilgo Insurance!!! I just filed my first claim for my husbands truck due to fallen trees and they made the process so easy and fast! With in 15mins the claim was taken, body shop contacted, and enterprises called with a rental! Excellent customer service and genuine feeling of sympathy during a tough time! Also we changed insurances a few years ago to Kilgo Insurance and he literally cut our monthly bill in half with keeping all the same coverage!!

I absolutely LOVE Kilgo Insurance Agency! I had USAA for many many years, I would have to jump through loops just to talk to the right person, Everytime I called USAA I had to plan to be on the phone for about a hour. It's the complete opposite with Kilgo Insurance Agency. When my husband and I first got married we had a fight over who would switch their insurance over, I wasn't ready to leave USAA as I felt like you should stay a loyal client to someone. So far I have only gotten my car insurance switched over but with that alone he has saved me over $1,000 a year. As soon as I finish up with some claims I plan on consolidating all my insurance to Kilgo Insurance Agency. I don't know what this Susan lady is talking about. I really appreciate Jason talking to me and really taking the time to make sure I understood everything. It is so nice to have a personal experience as opposed to an automated system where they just take your money. Thanks again Jason.
