Wallace Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic, opened in 1997 by Robert Wallace, P.T. who believed in providing a hands-on approach to rehab physical therapy. Our practice has a distinct reputation for providing hands on quality care for your individual rehabilitation needs and wanting to continue that line of practice will be in our northwest location on Ina Rd.

We will continue to provide our community with the positive hands on rehab therapy our patients have come expect. We are still most appreciative that previous patients often recommend our clinic to family and friends. We will continue to treat our patients' current rehabilitation needs, as well as empowering them with the ability to receive continued care in our Ina location.
Services
Robert (Bob) Wallace, PT/Owner, practiced in various physical therapy settings before opening up his own clinic in 1997. His postgraduate studies concentrated in the area of manual orthopedic physical therapy with a special interest in the management of muscular skeletal disorder of the spine and extremities.
We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, our front desk staff will gather your current New Patient information. Once you have completed your new patient paperwork, our front desk team will then be pass this along to your physical therapist, who will review your current medical condition, past medical history and your physician's referral.

Bob and Eva worked wonders on my damaged shoulder. The massage, exercises, and maniipulations, necessary as they were, were sometimes painful, but Bob and Eva were such a delight to be with that I didn't mind so much.
Everyone in this office, from the clerical staff to the practitioners is kind, considerate, and friendly.
I am very grateful for their help and highly recommend them.

They assumed I had torn 2 tendons in my shoulder and treated me according to that assumption. They spent a great deal of time, during my sessions, on their computer. I later found out that they never sent any information to my doctor about my sessions and they had her information on the referral I gave them at my first session. They did things that cost me over $200 out of pocket, that medicare would not cover. They never
