I'm in the process of a commercial sale with Accent. The entire team is very professional and knowledgable. They've been immensely helpful in navigating this commercial transaction. I also used Accent to sell my mother's house a few years ago. They sold it quickly at the full (very reasonable) asking price back then real estate was moving very slowly in my area. Will be selling my own home in a couple of months and will definitely be listing with Accent.

Great realtors that really look out for your best interest. Flew up from Houston and worked with Lindsey over the weekend. She was very accommodating and worked through a huge list of houses we wanted to see. During the bidding/option period Lindsey and her team were there to answer any questions and help strategize the best way to respond. I like the Wheeler team, but decided not to use them to help sell our home because the salesperson said we don't want the 'guarantee' and it is not for us and only a handful of sellers over quite a few years actually used the 'guarantee'. So the guarantee was pretty much a bait and switch technique. Also, the commission they charged was more than all of the other realtors I interviewed. That was disappointing as well.

Excellent service! Within a week my house had 3 solid offers, and I closed in about 6 weeks. It was a very smooth process and the Accent team made sure to keep me well informed throughout the selling process. Working with so many different people at the office for the different aspects of selling seemed a bit confusing at first, but it kept me well educated and informed. Selling a house is stressful, but the Accent team made it so much easier.

My family and I rented a property from accent for lease. I knew we had made a mistake the first week we moved in. There were mice, cockroaches, and brown recluse spiders everywhere. They refused to pay to have an exterminator out to treat the property even though it states in the lease the first treatment within the first 30 days of occupancy is their responsibility. The first time I tried to cook, the stove top caught on fire due to faulty repairs. The fumes were noxious and made my children and myself sick. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM....if you do at least go in with awareness to what you are up against! This company & those that represent them DO NOT care about you or keeping you as a renter. This company goes above & beyond to make it a hassle to keep constant tenants. Our rent was raised every year the 3 years we lived in the home. Not just $20 or so it was a significant increase EVERY YEAR! The home was NOT maintained before or while we lived in the home. The worst real estate company I've every worked with. Ignores customers, won't return calls, etc. Repairs agreed upon in written contract were contracted through Accents "approved contractors" was disgustingly poor workmanship and Accent would not get them to repair the items correctly. Stay far far away from this place, everyone here is incompetent.
