Once we receive a referral to provide home health services, our expert team of caregivers will perform an evaluation and come up with a recommended treatment plan that is specific to your needs. We will work with your doctor and insurance provider to ensure that you receive the highest-level of quality care to remain safely in the comfort of your own home.

I think the intent of the company overall is "Amazing". The level of customer care that the owner insists on is outstanding; I have never worked for a company that wouldn't let a phone call go to voicemail, every single call that comes into Amazing Care is answered and then directed to the correct representative by a real person! I think that most of the upper management takes an active role in seeing that the company succeeds, that includes ensuring that its employees are heard and considered in the day to day decisions. I love working for this AMAZING company. No company is perfect of course but they honestly care about the employees and the clients we serve. They are consistently changing for the better and I am proud to work here. I came on in the beginning of 2021 and I have found my forever work home! There is good and there is bad. I work and speak for Private Duty Nursing department. They pay very well, though I know women with much more experience in my same position that make a considerably less amount. Management does not micromanage, which helps to create a very relaxing environment and motivates me to do my job and do it well. Everyone is very helpful, though there are constant scheduling issues creating frustration with office staff, field staff, and parents who leave for other agencies. This agency is one of the worst home health agencies to work for or provide care for your loved ones. The corporate management team and the nurses are subpar and will not follow standards that are expected in healthcare. The CEO will minimize your concerns and even ask you reapply for a position after their investigation of a manager is complete. However, these are just words and this company will brush you under the rug like you never existed and will ignore you. There are far better home health agencies to hire. The person that initially responded to this review is just as guilty of corruption

I have never been treated so rudely by an intake coordinator in all my years of working in Case management! I will make sure to spread the word Amazing Care Cherry picks! Aweful experience they held my referral for 2.5 hours only to call me to say they have no staffing. Then my partner calls the same person and she accepts the patient who was 3 blocks from the first patient offered! CHERRY PICKERS!

We used to receive yearly bonuses and raises which we attributed to an “Amazing” owner, Arthur. Unfortunately, he sold part of the company and now we have a board. This year we all worked very hard to gain clients and received over half a million dollars in COVID relief from the federal government; yet they still cancelled raises for EVERYONE! Where did the $588,000 go?!?! Not so Amazing anymore!

I have been working with Amazing care for the past 8 years. I cannot describe how greatful I am to be part of their team. They have allowed me to be able to stay home and be part of my sons care. They have always made sure him and I are okay, they actually care for their employees and their patients. I am truly blessed to be part of the company.
