We had one of the technicians (Matt) come out and install a new thermostat. He was able to fix a wiring issue in our attic leading to the thermostat. We were throwing all sorts of weird questions at him but he was professional and managed it awesomely. It was a good experience, I'd recommend working with him and this company to people I know. I'll probably stick with this company for future HVAC issues that come up.

Matt called to let us know when he would arrive and then showed up on time. Very professional explained options and what was recommended. No hard sell no pressure just solid explanation of options and recommendations. Made sure to show me all completed work and explained how he fixed things. Already see performance improvement. Office staff was nice and very professional when we called to make the appointment.

They were very professional and arrived hours earlier than originally scheduled. Because we are a business who needed our AC fixed asap I really enjoyed the early arrival. They got the job faster than I could have imagined and we even installed two new thermostats the same day which was a new addition on top of the original work we had planned. I asked about NEST thermostats they gave me some info and ran to get some and install them. Our AC compressor and fan now work perfect as prior they were not running.
