As a rental property owner myself, I know the importance of great management for our investment. My husband and I have owned and managed our own rental properties for a number of years. I enjoy working with both property owners and tenants. I, and my team at Fusion, have over 30 years of combined experience in all the various scopes of property management and real estate.
I have 10 years of experience working in workers compensation and human resource management, both require working with people in difficult situations and understanding the relevant laws. Spending over 3 years working as a Risk Manager, I understand the importance of regulations and compliance.

Irrigation is off due to a break in the main line. We will update you once it is repaired. Irrigation repairs are taking longer than expected due to having to order parts. It is expected to be repaired late this afternoon. Estimated the water will be on at 4PM today. The latest communication we just received is that the line has been repaired and the water will be on by the end of today.
This is a mailing address only - we have closed our physical location and are now a virtual office. Dues or Rent can be paid online for most everyone! Fusion is a terrible management company. As the maintenance manager for another property management company, I know what services a reputable management company provide. Fusion manages our HOA. In the past 7 years, we have never had our irrigation turned on before May. There is always something preventing it despite every other neighborhood in the area having water on. They refused to look into a different irrigation service provider. They send out $100 fines without a warning first for bylaw Violations. We have a common area in which half the grass died 3 years ago. We voted to have sod laid but

I am in a HOA managed by this company. I've been fined 3xs for my car in my drive way. It is registered and insured. I am not working on it. It's been sitting for years and every year I register it and insure it. I have to fight to get the fine taken off.ive called to speak to a manage there and the lady that said she owned it hung up on me and said I have to prove that the tires hold air. I asked to just look at the pictures she said she had and it'll show that. She said that isn't her job. I have to prove it or pay the fine. Very rude and unprofessional.

This property management company does not take care of the communities it is paid for. I live in one of the properties that they manage and it's awful. Tonya McFarland has run Coronado Village into the ground! there are fences that have huge sections missing as well as graffiti all over it and it's been that way for over 2 years! the grass and trees are dead or dying because the refused to fix the irrigation system for 2 years! there are units that have boxes of trash on their front and back porches. They allow tenants to park wherever they want. Abandoned vehicles are left all over the property
