Annie Baker starting working full-time as a Realtor in 2003, but it wasn't until 2010 that opened Annie's eyes to a niche of real estate that she was passionate about. She was hired by her first "Senior" client, a lovely 81 yr old woman named Lillian. She needed to downsize from a 4,000sq ft custom house to a 500sq ft apartment in an independent living community.

Our experience with Annie was great. She helped guide us through the sale of our townhouse from start to finish and was an excellent communicator along the way. She was very organized with arranging open houses, responsive to our requests throughout the process, helped us evaluate the several offers we received, and kept us informed of the buyers loan status during closing.

Annie is wonderful Realtor to work with. She was great at keeping me informed as things progressed and was very organized. I appreciated her insights. My home sold quickly and with multiple offers! I have know Annie both personally and professionally for many years. Great group of realtors, on the ball. Wish they had spelled everything in the listing right, but that's kind of picky of me :) They know how to sell, and they know how to manage the market, despite us wanting to start at a high price, we took their advice and it paid off. They had a great open house, and we got above asking in a week's time. I like the fact that they won't be the seller's agent and the buyer's agent at the same time, shows integrity.
