To maintain the look of your long and beautiful lash extensions, the specialized Ocean Star Spa team recommends that clients have the lashes touched up every two to three weeks. Although this is the suggested time frame, lash fills often depend on the client's aftercare quality. For example, some clients maintain their lashes properly by cleaning them weekly, sleeping on their back, and using lash-friendly products.

This was one of the worst massages my wife and I have ever had. Both massage people seemed like they had no clue how to give a massage. It was basically just someone rubbing lotion over the top of your skin. There was no massaging or digging at tight muscles, it was just a topical rub. Not worth the money. Very disappointed

Ocean Star Day Spa provided an absolutely memorable experience. Janice helped my husband to arrange a massage package for my mom and me for my birthday. We felt like royalty from the entrance, as we were greeted by name. We explored our massage options, then were guided to adjoining rooms for our session. We opted to keep the dividing door open. The ambiance was relaxing and the masseuse were synchronized with our therapy. It was an hour and half of pure bliss. The masseuse was responsive and adjusted to our requests.

The massage is 5 stars. It was wonderful, professional, and clean. The front desk receptionist was questionable. She is writing people's credit card details on scratch paper and leaving it for the world to see. Standing at the front counter - no customer should be seeing sensitive data like that. So be cautious leaving your deposit over the phone. They don't have safe practices.

Totally worth it. They've revamped the whole place to the point where it really feels like you're in a little relaxing spa and can kind of stop the world for a moment.
Came here with a Groupon (by the way they will honor it if you purchase directly through them! Way more convenient and helpful for them so make sure to let them know and they'll do it!).

Loved every bit of my experience today! Super friendly and attentive staff. The space itself was very welcoming, and the Covid procedures they had in place made me feel very comfortable and safe. The massage itself was fantastic....hours later and I still feel relaxed and fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

I would give zero stars if I could. Completely wasted 20 min of my life on waiting naked for service on a cold table. The worst part is there were no other clients when I arrived and when I left. How can you run a massage Parlor and no one checks in on you or can even communicate with you. Come at your own risk!!! The only way you are actually getting a massage is if you speak Cantonese then I'm sure you'll get serviced.

Excellent massage by (Alina? Nadia? Can't remember her name). She was thorough and skilled. I was sore the next day, just how I like it. The salon was clean. They have a ton of services. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a massage that fits their budget because the price is pretty amazing ($45 for a hour - yelp discount) I tipped $20... she deserved it!

My experience here was absolutely horrible and I do NOT recommend this place. I came here to get eyelash extensions and left with a very irritable left eye. While getting the service done I had let the lash technician know that my eye was burning. I've had my lashes done several times before and it NEVER burned the way it did when I received services from this spa. So after I let her know she got a small fan which caused some relief for only a few minutes while she started on my other eye. I couldn't even open my eye to see what she was using. Nice staff, but products they use are mediocre.
Not sure what they put on my face. My skin broke out badly the next day.
The massage is so so, they focus on one area for 30 minutes and give very little attention to the rest of the body so you walk out feeling half & half.

My husband and I went for massage for his bday. All in all it was a great experience. We got exactly what we expected. Girls were really pleasant, soft spoken, and place was really clean. One thing I would have liked is if the water they offered was either in a glass or a new bottle instead of the 1oz. Paper cups.
