We are new to the area so first impressions are crucial and Alden AH more than passed that test. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and its a beautiful clean Hospital. I took my 2 rambunctious dogs in for a well visit and shots and the staff were professional, friendly, great with my pups. My dogs seemed to like them and after settleing down were very comfortable.

Wonderful service except I asked for nail trim and wanted to talk about at what age shoule we get our puppy neutered. I had mentioned my puppy vomited on the way over to the appt. Instead of going over the procedure and cost they spent the entire time going over the various reasons why my pup got sick in the car( I already knew this we own 2 other dogs) and forgot the nail trim.

December 2020 my dog had 11 teeth removed here for $1100.00 go back for another appointment in November 2021 and the vet who we had never seen before gets an attitude telling me my dog has rotten teeth. So apparently all the bad teeth were not removed? Why not? My dog will be going to a different vet to have his teeth taken care of. Seems like they gave my dog poor care so they could make more money off another surgery? Disgusting. Always a different vet when you go there now too. One star review was being generous we need zero star option.

We have been dealing with Dr Wilson for the past 20 years. Such a wonderful practice. Took our dog in today and was presented with a bill Double what we have paid since last year. No one told us that the practice was sold to different ownership. Do not like the way the conduct business and will not be back.
