To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.
Here are some questions/answers that we are frequently asked. If you have additional questions that aren't covered here, please feel free to give us a call at (716) 656-7387. What are the Hospital hours? The clinic is closed on Tuesday and Sunday. On Wednesday and Thursday the phones are off until 8:30 am to allow time for surgical patient check-in.
Oral anatomy in fish varies greatly by taxonomic family, feeding behavior, life stage, and natural habitat; failure to provide the appropriate husbandry and diet type can result in fish disease and deaths. An oral examination should always be included as part of the minimum database when examining fish.

Staff very friendly down to earth, unrushed. Vet Dr.Sweeney has a gentle soul and very kind, sweet. Lots of knowledge she answered all my questions gave me info packets. Explains everything prior to treatments or procedures. Best vet office. I've owned animals for years and have been to other vet offices. They are the best group of professionals that are real and sincere, and truly care about you and your pet. The receptionist is so uplifting and has great people skills! Can't help but love it there!!
