Real Estate Repairs is outstanding. They truly take a lot of stress and hassle out of working with separate repair vendors to get buyer requested repairs complete. As well, my seller clients are very happy with the work and quick turn around. A++ company!
Here's an update to this review. This last weekend, David Salzillo, made me look brilliant. I received a buyer's repair request on Friday and needed an answer by Monday. In the heat of multiple offers, I saw the dates and overlooked that it was a weekend. Thankfully, David was able to squeeze me in and got my estimates. This company is outstanding

This company is amazing!!! I just bought my first house, only to have several leaks in the guest bathroom and laundry room right away. David was recommended by the listing agent, and he came out several times in a few days to make multiple repairs. Pricing was extremely fair. We received very prompt responses each time. I will call this company for all of my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to everyone. He certainly made a very stressful situation much more manageable. Thanks so much!!

Real Estate Repairs invoice (that was paid in full) did not match the work they stated was done. Owner lacked professionalism and inability to control his emotions. Services and products were billed for that were not provided. This was only discovered after the first rain and the active leak in my home leaked in the exact area. I attempted to have them to correct issue and they came and placed two buckets in my attic. Then never returned. This is my roof, so I was forced to contact and get estimates from other roofing contractors. Three well known qualified licensed contractors verified and documented
