After taking my car to Amerimex Muffler and Brakes on SWHWY in oak Lawn where there screwed up my front end i then went to Otis Garage and told them what happened and they took care of my car and it's never been better, then i encountered a water pump leak later on and again Otis Garage took care of it and found a few other leaks and took care of that, Listen you might pay a few dollars more here at Otis but it's so well worth it take it from me a retired mechanic, these boys are great, Ed the guy at the front desk is a funny guy but he also tells it like it is and i like that about him

I brought my car in and asked them to tell me what the problem was and give me an estimate to fix it. They were busy so they asked me to leave the car there. I called back a few hours later to ask if they had looked at it yet, and was told they had FIXED it. I did not authorize them to fix it. I just asked for an estimate. I didn't sign anything or give them my permission to do anything other than look at the car and diagnose the problem. To their credit when I told them that I had gotten a lower estimate they matched that price. But not before they asked me how I knew what was wrong with
