Pricey for what I expected, but the fix is still holding 500 miles in. And I'm a certified commercial driver. I'll spend more or my money there if the need arises.

I called this place and was told that it was first come first serve. So i ask if i could come when they open in the morning and she said no. I was told that you have to leave your car overnight, which i'm not trusting of the area! I could not even get an appointment! This place Sucks!

Very expensive for a Jeep Patriot tire. I had a flat tire and I got to this place and the guy who was at the front desk was mean first off, then he said I had to leave my keys there because he didn't want me to pick up my car if he ordered a used tire for $159.00 and I wasn't getting my car fixed by him and I got my car towed to My house. They wrote down my license plate information and other information and took pictures of my car to. Not cool at all.

Went to Cool Rite in 2020 right before Christmas. The heat went out in my vehicle. I paid over 300$. For them to fix my heat. I get it back 2 days later. They replaced things I did not ask for. Told me to let it warm up & drive around. The heat never work.

Leak found eventually but too costly to fix. They helped me through this ordeal of trying to get AC in blazing hot 2020 record summer heat but it is what it is.

The workers here were friendly and considerate to my time. I bring my cars here and every time it gets done within the same day. Going to the mechanics can be scary. I'm very skeptical when bringing my cars into the mechanics. This is now the only place I would take my cars in and I would highly recommend friends/family to do the same.

I highly recommend not going here for any repairs, Especially a radiator. I had my radiator go bad around Halloween of 2018. I took my car to this local radiator shop since my go to shop was busy (1 mile south of this location) on 11-2-18. I hoped they would be good since it appears it's their "speciality". So I paid an arm and a leg and got my car back. I drive to work the next day and I'm leaking coolant. I go back and they said there was an issue with the cap (on a "new" radiator). So they "fixed" it. Within a week (11-12-18) On the way to work, I pull into my parking garage, and now my car

These men did an EXCELLENT job on my Ford escape a few months ago! My air conditioner was blowing warm air, which at the time, it was extremely hot outside. I went to Pep Boys in Orland Park and was quoted a bill of over $1400 to repair my issue. I went to Cool Rite and they repaired my air for $500!!!! I believe I was being lied to at Pep Boys , however, these guys at Cool Rite certainly earned my respect. My air was blowing FREEZING air immediately upon pick up. Only took about 4 hours to do. CERTAINLY recommend! Thanks guys! Your honest, transparent, and professional work is appreciated!

Scam artist at their best! I came in and was quoted one price, I came back and all of a sudden it was nearly $200 more. They never called and said they were doing additional work. I feel completely scammed and will never return again!

This place should go out of business. Originally went to this place to have my gas tank replaced, $425 and a week later... got the car back and the gas tank wasn't put on right. Fuel would shoot back out when trying to fill, would have to fill so slow it would take 10 minutes just to get some gas in the tank. On 12/17/16 the carb backfired and melted. Had the car towed to "cool rite" and they said the carb would have to be replaced and it would be a week or two. After hearing "the car will be ready in about week" several weeks in a row. Finally on 02/03/17 the car was ready
