Steer clear! This was our third time buying a home so luckily we more or less knew and understood the process, otherwise, we would have been so stressed out. We had absolutely ZERO communication from our agent Dawn after the initial contingencies were satisfied. I think she thought she got the deal locked up and then forgot about us. We handled all of the closing logistics with the title company on our own. Alex was the selling agent so I don't know what the Seller's experience was, but Dawn (in Alex's office) was our agent and she got a commission she certainly didn't work

Justine Anthony is AMAZING! Our journey seemed long to sell and buy at the same time but Justine made it as simple as possible. She is extremely responsive and checks in often. We almost always had our 6 year old twins with us while house hunting and Justine would often take on entertaining them so we could look around and focus. My kids absolutely love "Miss Justine"! She knows her stuff and we felt like we could ask her anything. We are so happy with our experience and would recommend Justine to anyone in the area!

I think what I appreciated most about Justine was her willingness to point out the bad as well as the good in a house. Alex went above and beyond helping us find our house in Ann Arbor. Before we got into town he answered all our nagging questions about locations etc extremely quickly and accurately. He pointed out all the little details that we didn't think about that can make or break a house. Upon looking in-person everything was super quick and organized. Alex and his team helped out tremendously as I was looking for a house. I started with Alex, but transitioned to Dawn Yerkes. I found both agents to be extremely responsive to my questions and helped guide me through the buying process, addressing the specific nuisances of Ann Arbor. Dawn was very responsive through text messages, typically replying in 10 minutes or less. She would return voicemails when she wasn't with other clients. Ann Arbaugh from Alex Milshteyn Associates just helped us buy a home in A2 as our buyers agent. I had Alex as my agent selling my home in Ypsilanti. The office he represents works as a team to give your listing the shine it needs. They provide a lot of open houses and traffic into the home. Alex himself is upstanding and will try his best to communicate with you as your representative. Sometimes the team works on his behalf to meet your needs. Let Alex work his magic and take his advice during the price and negotiation process. As a seller, the only recommendation I have is being able to say no if you get a low offer. When you finally say yes, follow the guidance.

Buying a house is pretty stressful. I had no idea what I was doing when I decided to move forward with looking for some property. All I knew was that I wanted a space of my own with a yard, a space for entertaining, and within the Ann Arbor city limits. I wasn't sure where to start or who to call. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Alex and it was smooth sailing from there. He was helpful every step of the way, around to answer questions, available to address concerns, and be encouraging but also realistic.
