In order to allow a greater share of people access to an experienced lawyer, I am committed to keeping my rates affordable. Sliding Scale: The hourly fee and amount of retainer is based on the client's verified gross household income and the complexity of the case. Fees range from $85 to $150 per hour for full representation.
