Services
Including placement and restoration. Suitable for everything from single tooth replacement to full mouth restoration and denture retention. Fillings are used to restore areas of your tooth affected by decay. Dr. Uthoff uses composite (tooth-colored) materials to "fill in" the surface of the tooth after all decay has been removed.
There are several types of bridges. Dr. Dave of Bayfield Family Dentistry will discuss the best options for your particular case. The "traditional bridge" is the most popular type and is usually made of super strong Zirconia Porcelain. These fixed bridges are most popular because they resemble your natural teeth.
Dentures are a "replacement" option for missing teeth. Dentures come in two varieties; partial dentures and complete or full dentures. The difference between the two lies in how many natural teeth are replaced in the mouth. For some of our patients, removal is the only option because the condition of the teeth have deteriorated so far that they can no longer be repaired.
Fillings are used to restore areas of your tooth affected by decay. Dr. Uthoff uses composite (tooth-colored) materials to "fill in" the surface of the tooth after all decay has been removed. First, Dr. Uthoff of Bayfield Family Dentistry will answer any questions you have and will apply anesthetic to the tooth requiring the filling if necessary.
Gum disease is an infection of the tissues that surround and support your teeth. Because gum disease is usually painless, you may not know you have it. Also referred to as periodontal disease, gum disease is caused by the bacteria that is constantly forming on our teeth. There are many factors that increase the risk of developing gum disease including smoking, pregnancy, and diabetes.

Wonderful dentist. We just took our two toddlers in for their first dental appointment, and our first in almost 15 years. He and his assistant were very good with the kids and made it a pleasant experience, and didn’t even chew me out too much for neglecting my teeth. I am going back for some fillings, and plan on using these guys for our family exclusively. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Dave. I saw him during the winter season in Arizona and now I have him take care of my teeth in Colorado. I won't see anyone else and sure hope he never retires.

The doctor did a wonderful job matching my front tooth I broke to the one next to it. Plus I didn't even feel the shot.
Best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to a lot.
