A native of the Tidewater area, I am active in the community and very familiar with our area's real estate market. I grew up in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake and lived in Virginia Beach for the past twenty years. I currently live at Virginia Beach's oceanfront. I received my Bachelors Degree from James Madison University and Masters Degree from Old Dominion University, both in psychology.
Crestwood Manor is located in the Great Bridge area of central Chesapeake. It is comprised of approximately 24,233 housing units built primarily in the 1990's. It is conveniently located off of Interstate 64 between Campostella and Booker Street. Riverwalk and Driftwood Meadows are nearby communities.
Virginia Beach sits on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. It is bordered by North Carolina to the south and Norfolk and Chesapeake to the west. Virginia Beach has the following school districts: Ocean Lakes High, Landstown High, First Colonial High, Bayside High, Tallwood High, Frank W. Cox High, Floyd Kellam High, Kempsville High, Salem High, and Green Run High.
Hidden Shores is a peaceful, tucked-away condo community with wooded views on the banks of the Elizabeth River. It is located in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach off of Old Great Neck Road. Herons Cove and Wolfsnare Acres are nearby neighborhoods. The children in this community attend King's Grant Elementary, Great Neck Middle, and Cox High.
