When my boys first started going all was great. They had moved places 2 different times, forgot to pay electricity etc. So by the 2rd move 2 yrs later we decided we were done. Well, they still are not done billing us for over 10 more months. They finally stopped charging us when I did a chargeback, sent me an email saying my membership was cancelled. Great instructors, my daughter went here for a short time before we had moved, and had enjoyed her time as well, but their administrative side of things need a huge overhaul.
They claimed that I owed them $79 or something for services, but in fact I don't owe them anything because I had notified Katie via text way before the December 2017 billing cycle(in November 2017) that my daughter and I were to be relocating, and she won't be attending class anymore. I didn't get a response from Katie, so I had assumed that she had got my message, and all was well.
A month or two later I received a bill
