The fees associated with treatment vary and depend upon the difficulty of the procedure and other factors. The cost of endodontic treatment can be considerably lower than alternative treatments such as bridges or dental implants. Payment is due at the time of service. We make every effort to offer several payment options for your convenience.
At Platinum Endodontics, we offer our patients CareCredit, the leading financing option for treatments and procedures that are typically not covered by insurance. CareCredit card is exclusively for healthcare services. With CareCredit you pay for your dental services through minimum monthly payments.

Dr Langer is wonderful. The staff is so attentive and caring. I can not more highly recommend!! I had an emergency situation. They took me right away, and gave me completely pain-free excellent care. Dr Langer skillfully took care of everything. I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I will never go anywhere else!

I'm so happy my dentist referred me to Dr Langer's office. From my original phone call they were amazing. She took my information as informed me same day how much it would be and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived the office team was great by a giving a warm welcome and we exchanged a few laughs. You can tell it is a great place to work as the employees are very genuine and happy. Dr. Langer was great and talked you through the entire process as well as checked on you 100+ times to guarantee you were ok before, during and after the procedure. They even have stress balls and a blanket

I wish everyone was like this! Dr Langer is fantastic!
I had to get a root canal done, and was truly terrified. I live in Edison and first found someone close by, my regular dentist recommend against it.
Apparently having a good Endo is very very important, because when a root canal goes wrong, it can make things so much worse.
So Dr Langer I went.
They recognized that i was in pain, and booked me right away as an emergency, and things got much much better from there.
I honestly have not been treated this wonderfully at any dental office.
Everyone there is warm and compassionate, I received

Had a consultation with Dr. Langer for pains I was experincing. The staff was great and Dr. Langer was amazing even with just a consultation. He performed a few test and determined I will need a root canal. All my questions and concerns were answered. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. One thing I appreciated was how highly he spoke about other dentists. Office was clean and welcoming. Making an appointment was quick. Highly recommend Dr. Langer.

I have massive dentist anxiety and was referred to Dr Langer for a root canal. The entire experience from the first phone call I made to the minute I walked out the door was an A+ experience. They offer nitrous oxide at the office, which brought my anxiety level down to a zero! Dr Langer's bedside manner is completely approachable and sincere. They did everything possible to make this procedure as comfortable and pain free as possible. Hopefully I won't need another root canal any time soon but if I do, I know where I'll go. Highly Recommended!

I was referred to Dr. Langer by my dentist for a root canal. My dentist's staff called Dr. Langer's office , explained the situation and although a busy office, I was given an appt. that day. Dr. Langer's staff are gracious and efficient. Dr. Langer has a wonderful ability to talk you through the entire procedure. He is knowledgeable, talented and very kind. He surrounds himself with professional assistants with whom he has a wonderful rapport. My root canal was a painless and yes pleasant, experience.

I was referred to Dr. Langer by a work colleague for an emergency root canal. He is simply an outstanding Endodontist. He was patient, meticulous, thorough, with an excellent beside manner and paid careful attention to pain management. He will also call you to follow up and is extremely accessible should you need to speak to him after you leave his office. His work was so good that my regular dentist, upon seeing the results, proclaimed it a "beautiful root canal" and now refers all of his root canal patients to Dr. Langer, even though his office is 45 minutes away! If I could give 6 I would! I had an AWFUL experience at my regular dentist treating a root canal. After 5 shots of Novocaine, I could still feel EVERYTHING being done to my tooth in my dentist's chair! I knew I needed a specialist because we set up 2 appointments and I just couldn't get numb! Dr. Paul explained to me if they started the process and I couldn't get numb, that they would NOT finish with me in pain.
