Many of the most common dental problems are relatively easy to treat with basic dental care. Regular brushing and professional cleaning are important ways to prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath. Tooth decay is 100% preventable, though it is a very common dental problem. Limiting sugar intake, especially avoiding soda, can help prevent the onset of tooth decay.

Horrible unprofessional staff. Michelle cleaned my teeth. Does she have a X-ray vision? Why her opinion about health of my teeth was sufficient as opposed to performing X-rays? They missed two root canals! I had to find another Dentis because few days after the "cleaning" I developed a pain in my tooth. Had to do a root canal. And now, 3 weeks later-- another tooth! All could've been avoided if they did X-rays at the cleaning appointment as they should. Horrible horrible office!

I have been a patient with Westfield Smiles for about 4 years now. The staff at Westfield Smiles is exceptional. They are extremely accommodating to the most anxious of patients, like myself. If you have anxiety regarding the dentist I recommend you try this office. Even after moving to NYC I still make the trip here twice a year because it is hard to find a good dentist that I trust. The dentists are conservative in their treatment and do not try to sell you on procedures you don't need.

I hated the dentist more than I hated my high school bully. The staff even during this pandemic are the kindest and show the patients and the most respect I have ever received from a doctors office. I had a root canal That didn’t hurt my cleaning hurt more the doctors explain everything that’s going on they don’t treat you like you’re just a paying customer they interact crack jokes and before you know it everything is over. And if that wasn’t enough I just got a phone call asking how I felt and it wasn’t one of those phone calls you had a root canal yesterday

Came here as a new patient today. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Baraba at the front desk was very helpful , and the hygenist Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. She was so informative and really took the time to thoroughly clean my teeth, and explain what I had going on with them, and even explained all my xrays to me. She told me what she was doing every step of the way. The woman who checked me out (I forgot her name, sorry!) was also great! Will definitely be returning. Big thanks to the great staff here!!

I have been coming to this practice for 11 years. I'm always met with kindness. The staff are all very caring, helpful and comforting. If there is something i don't understand from my insurance company the staff take their time and explain it. My hygienist is Michelle! She is amazing! Her time and attention to detail in cleaning sessions are flawless. My entire family comes here. My son had his first cleaning here and my husband comes here too. It's hard to find a great family dentist like this one. Dr. Feret knows what's he's doing and gets the job done! The office manager

Hi, your answering service is terrible. I had a few questions about my procedure that weren't addressed when I was in the office. I tried calling twice. The answering ladies were not very nice, and it's apparent my message wasn't received because I never got a call back. Instead, I got my answers from my husband's dentist, from Edison, who got back to me immediately. That said, I am just finishing out this year with Westfield Smiles, 2018, and then going somewhere else. :(

Had a great experience at Westfield Smiles. I was taken on time and Carmella my hygienist was nothing short of fabulous as was the entire staff . My cleaning was fast, painless and she answered all my questions. As always Dr. Feret was very pleasant, helpful and make you free very comfortable during the visit.

They are runing an Insurance overcharge scam..
Your insurance will be charged with ridiculous charges if U go there (got charged $800 for a simple set of Xray scans. They will do them even if U dont need it or dont want the xray done). its sad, because it only scares customers away. I will never go back there after i got my bill (yes, my insurance paid for it but because of places like this one Ur insurance coverage gets more and more expensive andby the time theyre done with U Ur over your yearly limit). Shame on U Westfield Smiles for valuing $ over loyal customers..
