My number one choice for any of my mechanical needs whether it be my foreign auto or my domestic auto. Never disappointed never any unexpected surprises or charges. Phenomenal customer service, the fact that the owner tony is hands on and interacts with the customers is a major plus. Highly recommend this shop to everyone/anyone who needs any type of work done on there automotives

The finest repair shop I've patronized in a long time. They repair only what needs to be repaired, and they get it right the first time, every time. Very friendly and highly qualified staff,and very fair and honest. I've never presented them with a problem that they couldn't solve, and the price is reasonable for the level of expertise they bring.

I went to Elite based on the many positive reviews here and I'm so glad I took the recommendations! Tony and Richie have the most wonderful customer service skills. They clearly explained to me what my car needed, provided prompt and professional service, & they even waited late for me on a Friday night to make sure I had my car for the weekend. These guys are passionate about cars and it shows. My car is running great now and I'm so happy to have found this reliable place!

Both boxes checked off here. Tony, Rich, and Kevin, along with all their technicians are all Class A guys.
I love bringing my cars here because I'm always confident that they'll find the problem and fix it without creating additional work, an issue I've found in the past with other shops.
I just brought one of my cars in that I'm planning to sell and asked Tony to check it out for any necessary service that may be needed. After the checkup Tony made suggestions but never

We moved to Port Jefferson in August, making Elite a neighbor.
Our friends Bob and Terri Arrigon recommended the technicians of ELITE which they have been using for decades.
They were correct.
The guys are great and thorough and the prices are reasonable.
Donna is also nice.

New to the island from Brooklyn. Needed new pads and rotors. Sent by hospital referral. Was not disappointed, everyone there made sure all my questions were answered and gave my car a clean bill of health overall. Honest prices and justifications. Just got saved by Elite Auto's towtruck/locksmith, on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. They texted us within minutes of us placing the request for service. Called us to say they were on the way and met us at the car in less than 5 minutes. Mike, our hero, couldn't have been friendlier or faster. Had us back in our car in moments! If you get stuck-give em a call - they are the best!

I'm surprised that this place hasn't been reviewed yet! I first came here when I needed to get my old car inspected earlier this year, and I was having trouble finding a place that would do it. These guys took it in right away. I was also worried that whatever shop I went to would try to convince me that something needed to be fixed, but these guys even complimented me on how well my car was running! The second time I came here was when my girlfriend hit a pothole in her car and dented the wheel. Although we had to wait a few days because they were so busy, they took it in and pounded
