Recently had an issue with my car breaking down in Nassau County and needing help in getting the car towed from there rather quickly . Smithwest came recommended as I had never used them before , I went to the shop and spoke with the owner Angelo and explained what was going on with my car and where it was . Angelo was extremely helpful and professional , while the shop appeared to be busy at the time he took the time to look into what he could do to get one of his tow trucks to where my car was and have it picked up . So efficient with making an appointment and promptly performing their very good work. Their pricing is very fair and they do not seek to perform added unnecessary work to drive up the bill.
