Francisco has done work for me multiple times with excellent results, including replacing outdoor units, adjusting internal systems and regular maintenance. He built separate air filter boxes for my systems to make filter changes a snap when he installed my last units.
I've also referred him to friends for emergency service and he came through for them as well. He is very thorough, explaining the work he does for you. Montel came out on a Saturday in August on short notice and replaced a fan that got my A/C up and running. The price was more than competitive with others in my area. When my furnace went out in December I had Montel replace the AC and furnace and he gave me a credit for the fan I had replaced in August! I like this company and think you will too. Newt Maxwell
