They have absolutely made a loyal customer out of me. My tire went flat and I walked out of here with 4 new tires for an incredibly fair price. Then decided to try them out for an oil change.... I couldn't be more pleased with thier service.

I visited Cahaba Tire this Friday to get the air in my tire filled up. They went absolutely above and beyond and recommended that I get new tires because the ones I had were bald and dangerous to drive on. They set me up in new tires at an unbelievable price. The staff was so so kind. Special shout out to Carrie at the desk! She explained everything in layman’s terms to make me feel more comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been going there for years! They always treat you like they are their only customer, even if they have 20 customers in line! Floyd, Collins and their entire staff are first rate!

Cahaba Tire Pros is the only place we will go to for tires. We've used them for two new sets of tires and will keep using them exclusively. Totally satisfied!

Carrie on the front counter is exceptional! Prompt knowledge and courteous. My issue was a tech who confronted me upon my arrival for an appointment. He was rude and confrontational about my parking my car. I have used this company many times and have never had anything but polite and professional interaction. I also rarely have been addressed by an employee in such a manner. I am a long term customer and will take this rude behavior into consideration for my next purchase.
Update: vehicle was in the shop for nearly 6 hours for two tires. I called about status and was told my car was next. I arrived

So I have a 2:00 pm appointment for oil change and I arrive at 1:50 and park right in front of the garage doors expecting to someone come and get me the same way they do on the regular oil change places but no, nobody's come to me so I decide to get off the vehicle and go to the front office to let them know I was on time for my appointment and a soon as I step out this guy come to me and told me to move my truck to a parking spot
And I told him that I was there for my 2:00 appointment and he said I don't care you still need to move the vehicle
And I said "what's the point

Had the tires on my tacoma road force balanced. They did the job through I have no more vibration on the interstate. Althought it took a bit longer than expected, I will definitely be back next time I need tires or something tire related.

I had them do a complete front-end work on my vehicle
A few weeks ago. They told me no problem,
We can do the job. VEHICLE had been there since 7:30 am. Go to pick my vehicle up after work. counter person told me that they didn't have the tool to complete the job and they my vehicle was disassembled. They wouldn't have my vehicle complete until the following Monday. In his defense, he tried to accommodate me over the weekend. No Luck.
So I was without transportation for the weekend.
Monday comes and they had me ready at the end of the day.
A couple of weeks later I had to return my vehicle

Highly recommend! I bounced from shop to shop for years and finally landed with these guys. Wonderful experience, honest, and very thorough when explaining things I don’t understand. Prices are reasonable too and they don’t try to fix a bunch of things that don’t need fixed.

My husband and I were on a road trip and ended up with a bit of trouble with a tire. Tire Pros took really good care of us. They replaced our tire, were very kind, gave us a fair price and sent us back onto the road with a treat for the rest of our trip. Not being from Birmingham it was great to find a place like this. Would definitely recommend.

We have been using this tire shop for the past year and a half to two years now. It's hard to find a place that's honest and sincere. They do well in both areas, great service as well.

Every experience over the last 15 years has been excellent. All services have been completed on all my vehicles in an efficient, honest and top quality outcome. I am contacted throughout the services being from beginning to end and have recommended all my affliates as well as those who have complimented about my vehicles maintenance.

This is a very good place to go for tires and alignment. We were sent here by recommendation and did not know what to expect. All of the staff were super nice and the service was Fast and Efficient. We highly recommend this place now as well

I was referred to Jim Collins by Kelly at Technique. They open at 7:30 Monday - Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Jim greeted me promptly, took my info and asked for my keys.
An hour later I checked out, paid $27.50 for my tire repair/ patch and was on my way. So happy I stopped in here to visit this reputable shop with fair pricing. For sure, I will be back the next time I need brakes or tires.

I have used Cahaba Tire for almost 8 years for any needs my family and myself have had. If they can't fix your issue they can always refer you to someone local that will do a good job for a good price. Knowing that the 2 Jim's are at the desk is like having having 2 Dads on call for your car troubles. I can't say enough good things about Cahaba

We have used this business for a few years. The last couple of times we went there, they could not do the work. The last attempt was at 12:30 PM for them to see about a possible alignment issue. The other time was with getting an oil change two hours before closing. There were not many cars in the parking lot either time. The guys are nice and the price seems fair. Unless I drop the car off, I have not had luck getting service done the last two attempts.

I have always heard really good things about this place. That's why my experience there was very disappointing. I expected honesty and got the opposite. I brought my car in and they were very nice (had me fooled!)
They said that a part was bent all the way back, it looked like it was wrecked by the previous owner and needed to be replaced ASAP. They quoted me almost $500!
I went to the guy I bought my car from for a second opinion. He lifted my car and showed me the part that was supposedly bent and it was completely fine. It was so disappointing to know that these guys at Cahaba Tires tried

Great, honest service where the folks know you and treat you like family. Our family has been doing business with Jim and Jimmy at Cahaba Tire for almost 30 years now. If I have an option, I won't go anywhere else.

Great local shop. Great service at a price you can feel is right. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. I was out of town and needed some help. Pulled in one afternoon and I was taken care of the same day. Come see these guys!
