If I could give a zero in stars, I would. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with them, especially with Taylor and the receptionist. The receptionist seems stressed and overworked all the time with the way she carries herself. They've changed service writers, and the place is going downhill. Ever since Sparks left, things have been different - prices higher, aftermarket parts, etc. The first one was when I had some service work done, I asked them to change out my windshield wipers while it was back. They put some 3rd party aftermarket wiper blades on my Audi. I had to come back

Momentum MotorWorks is AWESOME. I recommend them to anyone that has a European car. Carl is one of the best car techs in the city....this guy knows cars. The Customer Service is top notch. When you're spending your money, you want to be treated with the utmost respect, and you get that from Momentum Motorworks. They have my business from now on. I've used Momentum to service my 2008 BMW 328i for the past (4) years; up until recently, I've had a very positive experience, and in particular, I respected my Service Advisor (Sparks) for being knowledgeable, fair, and accommodating. He would advise me on what repairs were critical, which issues could wait, and what I needed to plan on moving forward.
Sparks left the company this year, and things have not been the same ever since.
For example, in August of last year (2020), I paid $129 for an oil change. This price is typical going back to 2018.
In April of this year (2021), I dropped my car

Where to begin with Momentum. I have a 1992 BMW 850 which is notoriously one of the most difficult cars to work on. It’s also extremely difficult to find someone or a shop that is willing to take the time to properly diagnose and repair this car. I stopped into Momentum as a last ditch effort to have someone look at it. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt Thomas. This guy is as professional and trustworthy as they come. He said they would absolutely look at it but no promises could be made.

I'm so relieved to have found Momentum Motorworks. We have a 2009 Porsche Cayenne, my wife's baby. It needed some attention and had had a questionable experience from another highly rated local shop.
I've owned several Porches over the years and am currently far away the regular support I had in Columbia SC.
I found Momentum by referral, stopped by to meet with Carl, their Porsche mechanic with 41 years experience and found a talented and professional kindred spirit.
He understood that this was her daily driver and made room the next week for a two day repair. Just amazing customer support!

Thank you so much for always serving my cars & great customer services. On Tuesday I was blessed for Mr Sparks to get me in to get my hood latch fixed. I broke my hood latch trying to let up my hood. After the repair he made sure before I left. I knew how to open the hood up correctly next time. The services is an A plus. Everyone that works here treat you like family.
