Services
At Sequoia Preschool Academy, our multicultural curriculum is designed to prepare your child both academically and socially for kindergarten. Each day, your child will be working on letter and number identification and recognition. Our Modesto CA daycare center is literature rich - and one of our goals is that your child leaves our program and heads to kindergarten knowing their letter sounds.
My earliest esperiences in the educational system as a child only impressed upon me what "not" to do with children. This highly negative experience only heightened my fear of teachers, suppressed a love for learning, as well as distrust in a non-nurturing and unsafe environment. In time, however, I learned not all teachers yell, hit, or hurt children who are trying to learn the concepts they are so intent upon teaching them.
Our Staff is committed to providing a high quality childcare program in Modesto CA that is an extension of your ideas as parents. In our program, parents and staff are partners working together to provide a warm, loving, safe and healthy environment that will ensure each child is able to grow and thrive.

My daughter attended Sequoia Preschool Academy and we loved it. She started when she turned 3 and she didn't speak English at all. But thanks for teachers patience and dedicated work after 3 months she understands everything and she's able to express herself. She had a lot of fun there but also preschool's curriculum program is strong. All teachers are great, I connected the most with Cathrina and Mary. Had my kid there for almost a year, everyone was very professional and had their best interest in the kids that attend. Any incident even small ones is brought to parent's attention with genuine transparency and aptitude to help. Plus my son was always looked forward to going.

Peace of mind is golden and so is the team at Sequoia Preschool Academy. Ms. Janet and her team are professional, positive and most importantly LOVING. My adopted brother and sister were under their care for 1 year and they both came home with a smile every day. My brother also has asthma that required a lot of attention and communication from the leadership and teachers. They over-communicated not only with any concerns about his asthma but also about his daily behavior and discoveries. Both my mother and I are in education and it is evident that Sequoia Preschool Academy is a 5 star early childhood

The worst ever. Teachers do not pay attention to kids. Kids biting and hitting with no incident reports. My grandson had more injuries in that school in few month than he had in 3 years of his life. Everything is being covered up by the owner. They have more violations than any school around. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDREN.

Sequoia Preschool has been a blessing to my kids and I'm glad to have signed up as soon as I did. They have been attending here for over a year now and the results have been overwhelmingly positive. My mother commended my child's improved verbal & social skills since attending Sequoia Preschool. I admire the teachers' patience and time especially that of teacher Samantha with teacher Tammy's help, on working with my child and helping him get prepped for kindergarten.
