First the price listed at the website for the keratin treatment is not inclusive. In addition to the $300 there’s another $110 to complete the process in which I did not find out until after Lana started with the treatment. When I asked her about it, she said a keratin treatment typically cost that much and that she would include shampoo and conditioner. Be that as it may, I think that should be something you let the client know before you get started or at the least list the cost as $410 and not $300. Now when I went to Lana, my hair was indeed shedding and was chemically damaged. At that time

Yesssss to the charcoal and black clay shampoo!!! Super deep cleanse without stripping the hair. I love it for myself and my clients! Since I was provided a sample ( thank you!) I have now purchased a bottle.… It provides moisture while deep cleansing! Sometimes I only use that once and then follow up with a conditioner. It cleanses that well! Definitely recommend this shampoo to professionals and consumers!
