Talk Temperament is a Christian healthcare organization focused on helping individuals and families identify and address needs in four areas of health-spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical-using a holistic approach to wellness. Often times spiritual health is overlooked in traditional medical practices.
We believe that a person is a spirit who has a soul comprised of their mind, will, and emotions which are housed in their physical body. We believe leaving spiritual needs unaddressed can lead to poor health overall. Unmet spiritual needs can be difficult to identify and process alone. Our licensed pastoral counselor and certified temperament therapist is trained to help you improve your spiritual health.

Services
At Talk Temperament, we believe health has to be holistic. We believe the whole person must be considered in order to improve and sustain health and to achieve full human potential. We want to help you develop a personal wellness plan that advances your holistic health. Our method is twofold: temperament therapy and physical therapy.
Our partnership with you and your health begins with a needs assessment. We administer a questionnaire called the APS. We call this the Temperament Identification Tool. This helps you and your therapist get to the root of interpersonal conflicts more quickly-saving you up to 7 traditional therapy sessions.
Holistic health takes the whole person into account: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Reaching our full human potential is only possible when we address all aspects of our person. We believe humans are spirits who live in a physical body and have a soul (consisting of a mind, will, and emotions).
