I would like to add another 5-star review to those already received for TRU Physical Therapy.
Like many other reviewers, I found the facility to be extremely clean, the equipment well maintained, and the hours of operation flexible. I believe, however, it is the ethos of caring that makes TRU a five star organization.
After a fall on a perfectly good sidewalk, my doctor suggested physical therapy. He referred me to TRU at the Henderson facility. Eric and Nick worked with me as I recovered from the injury to my knee and developed a plan to improve balance related to weak joints and muscles.

This place is awesome! Chris is very knowledgeable and is a great coach. His staff is very supportive and caring towards their patients. I am currently in the process of getting PT for my knee for a stretched ACL. When I first started, I could barely lift my leg and bend my knee properly. After a month of PT, my knee cap is properly aligned on my leg, the swelling is 80% gone and I can walk without my knee giving out. The exercises are so helpful and I look forward to each of my visits. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Chris is freaking awesome—he fixed me when the doctor couldn’t. Everyone is welcome to come as they are, and work to recover and come back stronger from injury, surgery, or train for life. Chris and all of his staff truly care about helping you heal and are exceptionally kind, respectful, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have had such great care and abundant smiles at Tru!

I went in for chronic back pain (I've been dealing with it for almost 20 years). I have seen various other Physical Therapists over the years, with very disappointing results. This time Chris was able to explain exactly what was causing the pain, and over the last month and a half has helped bring my back pain down from a 8 or 9 to a 3 or 4 on the pain scale. Everyone is very friendly, and helpful. They make sure that you feel welcomed and cared for, not just another body to stretch and send on their way. Definitely the best PT experience I have had.

I injured my shoulder and was really looking forward to physical therapy. I was referred to TRU. While folks were kind in demeanor, I was placed in a back room in the corner of the building away from everyone Including the PTs. I was told to do an exercise and then each time the PT left the room not knowing if I did the exercise, if I was doing it right, or whether I needed to adjust for more impact. Literally it felt like I was an afterthought. All else were working directly with their practitioner on the main floor. I was the only patient placed in a back room on my own. To make things worse
