Tempco just completed installation of a mini split system in our 150yr old home. Matt and the Tempco crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time with a big crew, completed the installation in one day. At the end of day everything was neat, clean and put back in place. I was hesitant about the mini splits, but they are super quiet and efficient.

A very professional organization. They quickly respond to phone calls and emails.
I had them install a Generac stand-by generator for my house. They handled every detail: ordering and delivering the equipment, obtaining the permits, scheduling the installer trades (electrical & plumbing), and final city inspection. The final price was 'as quoted', no surprises and very competitive.

Had an excellent experience with Tempco replacing our entire A/C system. They were easy to get in touch with, professional, prompt and left no mess in the house. They are a certified partner with PSEG cool homes, which means we get a rebate and they must perform an efficiency evaluation (Manual J) and meet all standards on the Quality Installation checklist. I felt confident that the installation was done properly.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Engaged this company when my HVAC unit began to short cycle (turn off and on continuously). They came out for a hefty $140 (plus tax) charge for 1/2 hour. Diagnosed a faulty switch and tech said I bypassed it and all you would need is a to replace that part but everything should be good to go. AC resumed working for less than 24 hours before it repeated the short cycling. On their second visit my compressor was bad now and over charged. I waited almost 2 days after which I was told that the replacement compressor part was $1800 and my total bill would be about 3

I've been using them with no problems for five years. But when the central ac breaks down be careful! Their emergency 24 hr service is clearly laughable and when the guy comes he just presses some buttons and nothing is fixed. The guy doesn't even know how to troubleshoot the situation. My husband found out better information online. I waited 8 days for service then 1 full day for ten minutes of reassurance and it's still not working. I call three times and wait another day. At this point I am close to calling better business bureau to get some service. Save your money and go elsewhere
