Flagship Properties was founded in Greenville, South Carolina in 2008 by local real estate businessman H. Benjamin Smith, III (Benji) at the height of the Great Recession. In 2010, Flagship Properties acquired Riverside Property Management, enabling the company to add Property Management to its commercial and residential real estate services.

I currently have been leasing from them for 3 years. The toolbag Josh was slick talking , said we had a spot on the signage, and other stuff. As soon as we signed and moved in they split our HVAC to run another unit as well. Guess what. It’s 85 in my store with AC on full blast. Other unit is leaking stuff all over mine. They will not fix or acknowledge a problem. Then I had my sign made to go on the large road marqui. Week before we install our sign the new unit puts sign up on the spot I was told was mine. Then the agent has no recall of our conversation about the signage he promised. All in

Addy was super nice and communicative in helping us view and apply for a home we were interested in. Even though we ended up going with another house, she was respectful and kind wishing us well! This company replies fast and with great information about rentals they have available. Couldn’t recommend them more for renters!

I would not recommend this leasing company!!!! I leased a property for over 9 years and at the end of the lease this company is sending me to a collection agency for repainting, normal wear and tear including new flooring in a property 13 years old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LEASING THRU THIS OUTFIT!!!! Anybody would understand that builder grade flooring and flat paint will need to be replaced after 13 years.

Flagship Property Management did a great job managing our properties. They were quick to find new tenants when we had turnover and they always worked hard to keep expenses at a minimum. Our monthly payments were always prompt and they were quick to reply to any questions we had. They also were very helpful in transitions for properties we sold.
