Had to get out of there with this review long overdue. A lot of police activity on the block. Almost every week there will be multiple police vehicles. Parking is a huge issue as well.
New residents: they will be charging you for parking even though they don’t clean up snow in the parking lot (you’ll find out soon as it’s winter now).
They recently randomly decided to have assigned spacing which is located far from your building. If you park out front on Gales Dr, you will get tickets from the police. I have received multiple just for parking even though there was no parking in their residential

Mess leasing operation.
I had an appointment for a tour on June 26 4:15pm. However, when I arrived, nobody was there. I called the number on the leasing office door and no answer. I also called all the numbers on the website and the operator could not find or even contact the leasing agent. All she told me to do was wait there.
I waited for 30 minutes and decided to leave.

This place is a mess. Their records are completely disorganized and their customer service is horrific. I lived here for 2 years. After switching from a one BR to a 2BR they made me sign an entirely new lease and took over 60 days to get me my security deposit back. In the winter months, we were completely without heat and the health inspector had to be called TWICE before we could even get someone to bring us a space heater. We were then promised reimbursement for our electric bill which never happened.

I put in work order and it was partially done but found out on the portal that the work order was indicated closed. I met the maintenance tech who came to work on partially who was super nice and helpful but the supervisor Glen rudely interrupted and this is not the first time he has done that. I called an emergency with my Kitchen sink Glen called me and left a message trying to convince me that it’s late and it will take an hour for them to get there so I insisted. Now I feel there is going to be a retaliation against me and beginning to feel discriminated. I complained about my door which

I just wanted to send a big big thankyou for Chris and Dennis handling
of my fridge emergency on Saturday. It suddenly gave up the ghost and
they were amazing getting the fridge out when it seemed impossible for
it to be moved, and got me the replacement. 11 of 10 stars. Thank you!!

I lived in one of these apartments for a year. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because Steven demonstrated professionalism and respect. New management has been making great improvements and it's a shame they were not in charge from the beginning. I had multiple issues with the prior management team and could not wait to get out. Steven made the last few months much easier, but I had already decided to move out. New tenants will have a much better living experience, but I strongly recommend that you ask to speak with Steven from the beginning.

The new management has been great! I’ve been living here for the past 7 years and the new staff has been so helpful! Management is very responsive and eager to assist. Maintenance requests are answered in a prompt and appropriate manner. Happy with the location and convenience.
Edit : We moved recently out of Haven New Providence. Steven from management office helped our moved out and made the whole process very easy for us. Thanks a lot Steve for your help. We are missing Gales Drive New Providence and missing you all.
