Highly recommend this complex. The front office staff, Myrial and Tatiana are friendly and efficient. The apartment was ready upon our arrival and looked like new with everything working as it should. The one minor problem identified on move in was immediately corrected by the maintenance staff and everything has been great. Very quiet and pet friendly. Convenient walking or driving to restaurants, grocery and the village. Garages available and lots of parking.

I lived at Chatham Hill for about a year and it was an amazing experience. The apartments were in good condition and were spacious. The complex was a 5 min walk to ShopRite, which made grocery trips a lot easier. The maintenance staff is quick to answer requests and super friendly. Lastly, Myrial (who works at the leasing office), was a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the process to the end, she was very helpful and professional. Overall great community!

My family and I are very pleased with Chatham Hill. The apartment is a nice size, clean upon move-in and the grounds are really enjoyable. Central to just about everything including playgrounds for the kids, shopping center, daycare and more. Moreover, Myrial from the leasing office has made us feel at home from the time we first met. She’s extremely attentive to our needs and always greets us with a smile. She’s great!! Would recommend Chatham Hill in a heartbeat.

My move from Florida to Jersey was made so much easier by Myrial in the leasing office. She was there to show me the apartment and answer all my questions. She always greets you with a smile and lets you know she's there if you need anything. The maintenance staff is also wonderful. If there is any issue with the apartment they are there so quickly to attend to the issue. The grounds are very well maintained and there is shopping close by which is very convenient. Overall Chatham Hill is a great place to live.

My family and I stayed at Chatham Hills for a three month period while we finished building a house nearby. It was a perfect place - considering it was summer we used the community pool and tennis court regularly. Our kids played on the well maintained lawn almost daily. The staff is amazing, especially Myrial, she went above and beyond to help us before, during and after our stay. Also, other tenants are friendly and easy going. I would recommend a short or long term stay to anyone looking for a rental in the area.

I've lived at Chatham Hill for a year now and it has been the best apartment experience! The entire staff, especially Tatiana, Myrial and Jose, are so kind and helpful. The apartments are spacious and have updated appliances in all units, making it an excellent apartment community for an affordable price. The landscaping is also well maintained year round, and the location is unbeatable.

We have lived at Chatham Hill for about 8 months now and have had a pleasant experience. Maintenance of the property is always top notch and the property management team is friendly and helpful. We especially love talking with our neighbors and Myrial! She is a fantastic person and has made our time here very special. I’ve lived at Chatham Hill for about a year and I’ve really liked it so far. The property is beautiful and the surrounding area is super convenient. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious and are renovated with updated appliances for the most part. The staff is great, timely, and accommodating. Working with Myrial is always pleasant and easy. It’s usually pretty quiet too. It’s been a great experience living at Chatham Hill!

The property is beautiful and the renovated apartments are nice. I moved here November 2016 and my base rent was $1875. I have neighbors who moved in before and after I did and their rents are different - one was $1975 one was $2100, for the same layout apartment. That didn't seem quite right to me.
When my lease came up for renewal, they "sent it to the wrong apartment" so I didn't have a chance to look for other housing. They gave options of 1 month to 16 months. I wanted to sign another 12 month lease. HOWEVER. The 12 month lease options was $300 more a month, where

Chatham Hill used to be a wonderful place to live. It was one of the few places in the area that had affordable rent and still provided all of the amenities. Yes it is still expensive but compared to everything else around it was really a phenomenal deal. The grounds are well kept and it is usually quiet.
Then a new management company took over and everything got worse. Rents were increased quite a large amount. For the amount of money it now costs to live here, you could have a much nicer apartment. The new company has also bungled just about everything involved in the transition. As they were

If you're psyched about the doggie park don't be, it's ALWAYS empty, ALWAYS!
One of the WORST rental experiences I have ever had. They sold me on getting one of their "upgraded" apartments without seeing it first and I am really regretting my decision. I'm paying hundreds of dollars more a month for what were supposed to be nicer appliances and nothing else, except the appliances have dozens of large dents and look awful! I asked for a reduction in rent and they're not budging.

I lived here for a year. The place was very updated with new appliances and each unit included a garage which was a nice added bonus. They tried to bring the community together with a BBQ event at the pool which was nice. Its in walking distance to shops. The staff was always very helpful and responded quickly to any maintenance requests. Only downfall was the price and there's not much room to negotiate.

I figured the other reviewer was a disgruntled person - the people I met were very nice. Unfortunately they basically are used salesman. Every question you have you'll hear "no problem". The thing is when you have a problem, it really is your problem. To get someone to address an issue is a nightmare. They will contradict themselves just to get you into an apartment or to transfer to another apartment. And they will run up the rent just because they can. There are plenty of other apartments in nearby towns (that also accept pets) that are much better priced. I would not recommend
