Services
At Graef Veterinary Hospital, we provide top-quality veterinary care, urgent care, and boarding to pets in our community. As pet owners ourselves, we believe that preventative care with wellness exams are the keys to your pet living a longer, healthier, and happier life.

As a full-service veterinary office, we offer state-of-the-art testing and diagnostics, routine and advanced surgical procedures, and many other specialties and services to provide your pet with the best possible care.
Regular nose-to-tail wellness exams, early detection, and age-specific assessments help keep your pet healthy. Early detection using diagnostic testing provides a complete picture of your pet's health, improving outcomes, and providing baseline results. Our team consists of highly trained veterinarians who offer a full array of specialty services in various veterinary disciplines.
Regular nose-to-tail wellness exams, early detection, and age-specific assessments help keep your pet healthy. Many animals are good at hiding signs that something is wrong, so subtle changes in their health or behavior might be overlooked without preventive care. At Graef Veterinary Hospital, our treatment philosophy is aimed at prevention with early diagnosis and treatment.
Early detection using diagnostic testing provides a complete picture of your pet's health, improving outcomes, and providing baseline results. Our staff is committed to helping you get a full picture of your pet's health through laboratory and diagnostic testing. Annual blood testing helps us determine a normal baseline for your pet.
Our experienced veterinary team provides comprehensive medical care, ranging from routine to advanced procedures and treatments. Although we handle the majority of your pet's medical and surgical needs in-house, we occasionally refer patients to veterinary specialists or specialty clinics when advanced training or equipment will be beneficial.

Great service! Wonderful staff! They explain everything that is happening. I love the curbside option to keep owners safe. They make great suggestions. Their online platform is very user friendly and lets you know when to come in next. This place is great!!

Never had a bad experience here! We love Graef…they don’t judge breeds and took my pup in no questions asked in an emergency situation we had, and with that continues to serve Owen, and will for as long as his crazy life lasts!! I was referred to Graef and am very blessed to have found such caring, knowledgeable, and just overall good, nice, people, that genuinely care for animals.

Always a positive experience at Graef. Super office staff. The veterinarians are top notch, and the vet’s assistants are helpful in readying our pets for exams.

Took my pets in last week only to find out clinic was operating normally after multiple positive COVID tests, no additional precautions taken. Such a blatant disregard for the health of employees and clients is unacceptable and we will not be going back. I really feel for the employees who work under those conditions.

Rachel and Megan were so sweet and compassionate! Dr. Daigle spoke with me on the phone and I could feel his compassion in every word. He was very clear about treatment options for my pup and didn’t push me in any particular direction.
The price for my visit was very reasonable.
Thank you for the great experience!

This is a fantastic veterinary office. The vets are all very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to work with you. And, the technicians are very well-trained, sympathetic, and helpful. Even the office staff is prompt, polite, and concerned.
I had an appointment with Dr. Saint Peters last week, and she took her time to carefully explain everything to me, and make me feel more comfortable about my cat’s needed treatment.
I also have seen Dr. Daigle for YEARS! He’s kind, compassionate, and a natural diagnostician. I am very grateful to have been able to rely on him for the past 10+ years.

My former neighbor Tom Hau took his beautiful much loved Great Dane to be spayed at the Coupland Vet. Same symptoms as yours. Difference is he had an Necropsy done on her in Taylor by the new owner of Graef Vet hospital. There was a vein that wasn't reattached. A first year vet shouldn't miss that much less one who has been in operation for decades. Dogs are dying when people take their pets their for surgery's. This is happening again and again

I like that they have continued the curb side service after 2020. Their prices are very reasonable, even for surgeries. The vet techs take time to write down all your concerns you may have about your fur babies and why you are there. They even review them with you to make sure everything has been addressed. It makes for a smooth working relationship between the Dr and the customers.
I've had the unfortunate task of putting to sleep 2 of my fur babies over the years while using Graef Veterinary Hospital. Each time they made those terrible and sad moments easier on me by letting me spend all the

Very disappointed! I have been taking all my dogs/cats to this establishment for years! One of my cats has a bad infected cyst on the side which had been treated from them before but came back again and is bad infected. So I called them to schedule surgery again for her cyst which was supposed to be scheduled for July 14 which apparently they didn't have on schedule and made it for July 20 and wait even longer. when we told them she can't wait that long they made it back again for July 14 which is supposed to be tomorrow but unfortunately they called my husband today saying they have

I used to love this place, but I'm pretty upset with how they handled an emergency Situation with my 6m old puppy. I brought her in on Friday for her to be spayed, remove a dewclaw that had been bothering her, and remove her baby teeth that had not fallen out. Surgery went well and she had two stitches on her back ankle.

Saturday morning, the stitches had been taken out (they weren't tied very tight, and I'm not sure if my other dog had chewed them off of her while she was sleeping or if she rubbed it and they came undone) and the wound was open but not bleeding. I called to explain

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. I took my service dog in to be euthanized after being told that she would be sedated before hand as that is CRUCIAL given that she was a support animal. Not only did they not sedate her, they also were completely void of any and all empathy. What should have been a dignified experience and sendoff for my loyal companion of 11 years turned into a horrific experience to say the least. Because she was trained to support me, when I became upset, she began to fight the euthanasia toxin with all of her might. My dog who served me for her entire life had

Wonderful vet and office staff always friendly, even on busy days. I have been a client since Dr. Graef and continued on after Dr. Daigle took over. The clinic itself has been updated and it's nice that they can do a lot of lab work onsite now. I find their prices to be fair and their pricing is upfront and honest.

Dr. Daigle was treating some of my pets while Dr. Graef was still there. Aside from the great care for other pets, he helped us make the best and honest decisions for our family and our senior dog Shelby who had urethral cancer. When it was time to say goodbye to Shelby they were

I LOVED DR.Daigle and until recently had a great experience with them. I have 4 dogs, two were puppies I've had treated in the last 2 years, so we've had lots of visits. LOTS. At my wellness visit with my puppy this Wednesday, I asked a vet whom I love, what to do about my 7 year old Weimaraner who had a growth starting on his eye. She took one look at it and was so concerned said we need to get him in fast because of the rapid growth! I waited while they called the doc to see if he could do it. He could do it Friday and we were scheduled to drop of at 7 am. All went as planned at the

Really bad about giving good, helpful information to owners about follow up care and what to look for.
Long wait times
Poorly organized- I mean REALLY unorganized, every single time I went there it was like a circus. 3 different people called me at different times about the same issue- they don't talk to each other or take notes on your file. They've called with appointments that don't exist or don't have appointments that do exist.

They need a good office manager to come in and organize for them. I will be going elsewhere- they've lost my business.

I had to take my little one in for coughing a few months back. Was a bit of a zoo but with COVID everything has been. They treated her and sent us home - All was well. Noted that they offered boarding. My husband and I are new to the area and needed a vacation. Facility looked new so we gave it a try. When we dropped them, the VA had the wrong papers that had incorrect info on them re: shot records. Got that corrected and we left our three babies in their care. Recieved a text that all was well two days later. We had to leave very early to get get back on Saturday before they closed

I have heard wonderful things about this Vet, and today I had the pleasure of getting to use them for the first time. The service was amazing especially considering we are in a pandemic. They brought me in we went into our own room the vet came in and took care of us and we were out in no time. And their pricing is actually affordable which is amazing...you don't have to be nervous you won't be able to afford what is needing to be done. So grateful for this place today!!

Unfortunately the last couple of times I've been in here they are very pushy about me spaying my dogs. If you don't see Dr. Daigle, it's been a very bad experience last two times. I have been coming to this place for 17 years. I won't be back. Not breeder friendly facility anymore. What a shame.
