From our vaccine protocols to anesthesia, surgery, dentistry and diet, each patient is individually assessed by our doctor(s) and we educate and communicate with our clients to derive the best healthcare plan.
Dr. Anton Roach is a native New Yorker hailing from the borough of Queens. He is not only a skilled veterinarian, but Dr. Roach is also an accomplished scholar. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University (ISU). After earning a Master of Science degree in Immunology from his alma mater, he continued his research and intensive studies, going on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from ISU.

Love this place! The staff is absolutely incredible! I love taking my dog here. Started taking him here at 3 months old. I always feel very confident in the care that he receives! I had a great experience at Vista. Not only was Dr. Roach intelligent but he was nice and took the time to thoroughly examine my cat. The staff from receptionist to vet tech were all kind and wanted to help any way they could. There was a bit of a scheduling error and they fixed it right away and didn’t make me feel bad about it. If you are looking for a new vet this is the place. Prices were not bad either.

First time coming to Vista Vet since we came as a walk in for a second opinion. Dr. Roach was very nice and informative, i liked that the prices were transparent and they didn’t pressure you to get anything you couldn’t afford. I appreciate that as many places are very money driven and not transparent. Loved our visit, and Chiko my fur baby was comfortable and happy which is th most important thing when we visit anywhere. Will definitely be back!

We love Dr.Roach and all his staff, they are amazing with our pets, and we are so grateful that they were able to help us out last year when one of our pups was diagnosed with bladder stones!Thankfully he's doing amazing and back to normal, we have now started taking our other two pups there. We can't express how amazing they are with not only the pets that are brought in, but with their owners as well❤️

Ok so all i will say is this, i so far have loved this vet i feel safe bringing my 2 cats there and i LOVE dr. roach he’s so detailed and smart. BUT if you ever see an older female vet come out to your car PLEASE request that you see dr. roach instead. i came in for my cat that clearly had asthma and was having to educate her on my findings online she seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and i ended up spending 500$ on an x-ray because she “didn’t think it was asthma” just to get a call saying oh yea. it’s asthma. i didn’t go to vet school but even i was more sure than she

My elderly dog had her first appointment with Dr. Roach and I really appreciated the care she received from him and the whole staff! He didn't recommend anything unnecessary and did a great job of explaining the care she needed for her age and medical history. I am glad to have found Vista Vet!

Amazing vet with outstanding staff. They take Covid protocols seriously and yet do not compromise on the care of your pets. Services are reasonably priced. I have two 50+ lb Husky dogs in their care. The recent passing of my 12 year old Rottweiler/Shepherd to cancer was respectfully handled by Dr. Roach and Nicole.

I brought my best buddy, Oscar, to Vista Vet on a Sunday when my previous vet was closed. Oscar was being treating at the previous vet for an ear infection that had not been improving. Unable to take the clear suffering Oscar was in, I brought him to Dr. Roach at Vista Vet, and I’m so happy that I did.
Dr. Roach asked all about Oscar, went over the medications the previous vet had given me, and took Oscar inside (due to Covid) to give him an exam. Dr. Roach brought Oscar back out and explained to me what was causing him discomfort, and due to the exam, had me discontinue with the medication

Vista Vet is conveniently located in a growing area of Round Rock. On Monday, November 16th, we took our 15 year old 'chi-weenie' to them knowing she was nearing the end of her life. We wanted to give her medication for pain and to stimulate her appetite with the plan of keeping her for a few more days, until it was time.
The doctor was very kind but I feel was not up-front with us. She said it was our decision to do everything possible to keep her going or to put her to sleep. My wife felt we should do everything possible and hope for the best. They went through a battery of tests and drawing
