Second time visiting natural wellness center for a massage. I had a full body and reflexology, the massage therapist did an amazing job. Her technique helped relax my muscles and left with less pain/stress. Everyone I've met so far is super friendly. I was able to book last minute over the phone and via the app. Reasonable pricing and great service. I booked my next appointment before I left, and this is definitely my new go to spot.

Extremely rude staff. My boyfriend and I had a couples massage appointment here for 11am for our anniversary. We showed up at 10:55 and the lady came to us rushed and said "wait for 20 minutes." With no explanation. Extremely rude. We said we had an appointment and she said "masseuse was busy" and walked away without even listening to us or completing our conversation. Even if we did have time to wait for 20 mins for our scheduled appointment, we won't tolerate such poor service and rude attitudes. Extremely unprofessional. Don't go there! I walked in and saw the man is chasing after a female customer for tip. He insisted the girl should give more tips. The man massages me has a strong smoke smell-guess he is a heavy smoker. He answered phone calls a few times while massaging me. He then stepped out and starting eating. I can hear he's eating after he came back continued his session. I saw hairs on the sheet, not sure they change sheets between customers. The massage was 50 mins and I was forced to tip. I was scared if he would chase me down for tips as he did with the female customer in the beginning. Never

Went all the way out here to purchase a gift certificate and there was another lady waiting to be checked in - 15 mins had passed and also called out to anyone that may hear me, and no one came for another few minutes or so. Then an older Asian man came walking over super slow wondering what we were doing. The lady with the appointment had to tell him she was there for an 11:30am and I was there for a gift certificate. He disappeared again. Came back asking the lady for her coupon, looked at me, and still didn't say a word. So I left

Great value for a solid massage. The environment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and my appointment started right in time. Tom did an excellent job on my tight upper and lower back. I asked him for more pressure and he added just the right amount of extra pressure to break up tight knots and built up soreness. I did the 60 min full body massage and really enjoyed it. Can't wait to come back and try the other massage packages.

I found this place through the Classpass app. The place was very clean and the front clerk was welcoming and also nice. I didn't feel intimidated at all during the process. I'm still feeling the effects of the Swedish massage two days later (in a good way). From my perspective this establishment seemed like a small family owned business and they seemed genuinely happy to be able to provide me service on that slow Wednesday morning. They mentioned they take health insurance so I'll definitely be back with a few family members in tow.

I had to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars. The quality here is so inconsistent. I never know what I'm getting. There is one masseuse that wouldn't soften up when I asked and it was so painful. I felt bruised the next day (mind you, I get deep tissue / myofascial therapy). She was massaging over my bones and it was awful. The foot massage was painful as well. I didn't have a moment of relaxation as I was muscle guarding the entire time. Tbh I should've just stopped her midway, but she was the only one there and I wanted to give her a chance.

Excellent massage. While the exterior of the shop isn't much to look at (it's in one of the strip malls at the Dyer/Alvarado intersection and most shops have metal bars in front of the windows) the interior is clean and the rooms themselves are fine. Where this massage shop excels is both in the quality of services and the price. I had some extra points on my ClassPass that needed to be used by the end of the month, so I decided to use them (plus a small fee) to pay for this massage.
The Swedish massage was more pressure and deep tissue -- which is what I LOVED. I like a lot of pressure

Today I stopped by for a foot massage. Shirley was so friendly and helpful to explain to me the different services they offer. I picked the 1 hr foot massage and for Yelp promotion, they gave me a discount and threw in a free foot scrub with my 1 hr reflexology service. My masseuse was Lily, she put my feet in warm water, did a lavender oil scrub on my feet then continue with the relaxing foot massage. After that, they directed me to another room for an extra 10 minutes massage of neck, back and legs. My feet feels very relaxed now. It was overall a wonderful massage session. I am looking forward

Today I dropped into A C Health and needed to relieve my tension areas. I have been doing Chiropractic, messages, acupuncture, and cupping for over 10 years. I work full time in a highly physical environment. Plus a full time mother and wife on my days off. I have been to multiple professionals over the years and today Jenny gave me a one hour message, where she listened to me and got all my areas that bothered me with a full body message. I have tried both dry and wet cupping. I have been in pain for a couple of days and found this place (which is literally walking distance from my house) that can take me last minute. For starters, this is not a spa. This is a traditional Chinese place so please be open with your expectations. With that said, Big Sister (that is her introduction) took care of me. Her touch was firm and she knew the problem spots. Her cupping was using heat and my body totally agreed! She gave me a round 2 with no extra charge after she saw how bad my back is. Ok, that is a long story. Last Saturday I went to CA Health Center for accupuncture and I loved it. The doctor was nice, very attentive, promised to help with my symptomps and even told me that I get a 30 min massage as my insurance will pay for it. I came there with headache and neck pain and I left the place happy and with no pain. Today I am going there relaxed and ready for a nice experience. Hell no! Firstly, it was a different doctor who told me that massage is not included because my insurance pays her less than $100 per visit. Whatever, i am here for the pain relief, i can pay extra dollars
