I called (left two messages), emailed (twice) and requested callback via their bot over a period of two days. Nobody calls back or answers. I guess I'm going to get charged since they have my cc number and I am not able to make the appointment.
Too stressful working with them. I recommend going elsewhere due to horrible customer service.

I was reminded by my nagging back that I needed to make an appointment at Kneadful touch but also that I needed to review my experience there last time I went.
I have a bad back with a herniated disc that often gives me trouble. I needed relief ASAP and my
Neighbor recommended Kneadful touch.
She warned that they are hard to get ahold of by phone but to just make an online appointment. So I went to their website and booked the first appointment available. My masseuse was Nuri. He was nice, friendly and straight to the point.
This place isn't the typical spa that I've been to before

I wake up early in the morning to go running, especially on the beach. Union city has lots of massage parlors and I work out maybe 4 to 5 times a week and sometimes I get really sore. I noticed a problem with my back and my muscles, and I needed a deep tissue massage. I have Norma tech machines, and I also ice every night, but I needed an actual massage to help me with my sore muscles. I called this place and scheduled an appointment. I just wanted a back massage, but then I decided on a full body massage. I quoted for a two hour massage, and they gave me a decent price. They really followed instructions

Maria canceled on me via text 2 hrs and 15 mins before our session yesterday. She didn't include any sort of self-introduction nor any reason or apology until I told her politely that a reschedule call wouldn't be necessary (since I was kind of turned off by the situation). Then, she replied that she was sorry I was disappointed--but not sorry that she canceled last-minute on me because she did "the right thing" by not seeing me when feeling feverish (see screenshot).

Very disappointed. I bought a package here and definitely regret it. I was seeing between Damila and Maria. I liked both for different reasons. Most recently I had an appointment with Damila that for some reason had been rescheduled to Maria with no notification. But I needed to reschedule anyways. The availability was limited and Maria had told me that it was fine for me to reschedule to be seen by Scott for a prenatal. What was very disappointing was to show up to the massage appt to be turned away by Scott that he didn't do prenatal massages. He could've called or someone could&apos

I highly recommend going here if your seeking a high quality message and excellent customer service service. They are clean, tranquil environment, and COVID-19 cautious! Maria made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and explained the message therapy I chose and how it works. I recently had a tummy tuck and this was my first lymphatic message. I was scared of the pain and Maria took her time explaining what she was doing and checked in with my pain tolerance periodically.

I found this place by chance and now I'm a lifetime customer! I got surgery done right in the middle of the pandemic and needed special massages done. This place was on Yelp and I was able to easily make an appt online with Maria. I believe this place has more than one massage Therapist but I've only been to Maria and she is seriously the best!! She is not only kind and friendly but very knowledgeable! On top of that they have really affordable prices. Overall such a great place, highly recommended :)

Long overdue review. In short, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I cannot find enough amazing words for Scott.
Here's why: Prior to COVID, I was seeing another massage therapist in Union City. That place never opened back up and I was fortunate enough to find this hidden gem. I will not be returning to my old spot. I see Scott now on a consistent basis and I have never felt more in tune with my body. I promise he has magical hands and knows some secret language that only your body understands (my standards for massage therapy have seriously upgraded). He's patient and really wants to make

I am 2months postpartum and went my whole pregnancy with no prenatal massages because of Covid. I am also a dental hygienist and the work can take a toll on your body. So I am not new to deep tissues massages. I finally bit the bullet and looked around for a much needed massage.
I scheduled my appt online same day and was greeted cheerfully by Scott. He asked me my main concerns and we went to work. Scott's deep tissue massage is not for the faint of heart. He will give you the pressure

Just finished my 1st session with Scott my massage therapist & he is awesome. Came in with a lingering neck spasm & shoulder tension. Scott worked patiently & I tell you, for those that doesn't like deep tissue massage, I recommend to give him a try & I assure you, you'll have a change of heart. I feel 10 pounds lighter with all the muscle tension I've been neglecting & I'll sleep much better tonight. Thanks Scott & looking forward on my next session.

I am so lucky that my workplace is located right next to Kneadful Massage or else I would never have discovered Maria! After my first visit, I felt immediate relief from the aches and pains and stresses in my body. I returned again after straining my back and left so grateful that Maria has become a part of my team of wellness practitioners, helping me stay healthy and well. I could move more easily and I felt so much better!

I came in for one massage appointment after having some trouble making that appointment (calls not answered, etc.).
After I arrived for the appt, I got a text from Maria that she was running late so I walked around outside of the facility until she arrived almost 10 mins late for our appointment time slot. She didn't extend the appt though to make up for the missed time, so I ended up paying the same price for 10 (at minimum) fewer mins. I also left with a lot of shoulder pain that I hadn't gone in with.
I tried to make a second appt though in hopes that it would improve over time

This is not just a massage place, it is for anyone who has pains in their body and want someone who has good touch and hands to work on your trouble spots.
I have had back/neck/shoulder issues for the past 3-4 months which has caused me much discomfort and has given me headaches, lightheadedness, and even fatigue throughout the day.
I have gone to Chiropractors, Massage therapists, and even doctors; to say this place was very helpful does not put into true meaning of what they have done to help with my pain.
Maria has such a great feel for the body and having had countless massage therapists
