Do not use this Trusted Heating & Air. John was scheduled to be on our build job. When it came time to have HVAC installed, spoke it John about meeting to go over things. He asked to touch base the next week. I called and left a message. I sent a text the following week. Builder tried to contact John with no response. We had to find a different HVAC company at a critial point in our building process. Luckily we did. John is very unprofessional and unreliable. Don't count on them!

I called knowing that there was a very unlikely chance I would be able to have them come out due to demand being a 100 outside. They fit me in and was extremely professional and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately my ac couldn’t be saved and they were able to replace it next day. I will never go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t trust anyone but John and Derek and the team at Trusted Hearing and Air. I know both of them and they are great people. Truly top notch! I recommend them to everyone. They are honest and will give you all open options for what can be done in the future, and what should be done right away. I can’t say enough about them.
