I am hesitant to write a critical review as I had been a patient here for years and have always felt that the staff are friendly and fantastic. I have never had issues getting quick appointments when I have dental complaints and I have always been treated respectfully. Dr. Kronick was never snide or rude to me at any point in five years of care. I can see that she reads these reviews regularly and I am not here to make her feel poorly. That being said, I feel I owe it to the next person like myself seeking dental care to strongly encourage they avoid this office.

After a decade of being scared to go back to the dentist again (poor childhood experiences), Dr. Kronick & her team made me feel so comfortable. They worked so well together making the process fly by. If you need a cleaning the dental hygienist was THE BEST! One of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen!

It had been close to year since my last dental appointment and I was more than impressed with everything this Dentist office had to offer. I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but the people who work here made it more than just a pleasurable experience. I will never go anywhere else for mouthcare now that I've been here. And for any other dentist office I may go to in the future, Laser Dentistry has set the bar extremely high.

The generosity, compassion, professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Kronick's team is astounding. The office and exam rooms are spotless and so cheerful and inviting. The dental equipment is top notch and so new! I travel over an hour to this office and it is all 100% worth it. I highly, highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist or looking to switch.

Dr.Kronick has never failed to impress me she is both a pleasant and polite professional! And extremely careful and caring of my and her other patients needs. Never pain issues with even the most “scary” procedures. I normally would say 9 out of 10 always room for improvement but she’s 10 out of 10 already has that extra point in my opinion!

Very professional, keeps you update about your dental plan to take care of any dental issues. Always helpful when Calling about a problem with your teeth etc. Very flexible and gets you in to be seen very fast if not the same day. The receptionist is always so polite and great customer service skills . Everyone is always so positive and let's you know they are here for you and what you need and develops a plan to make your experience even better I highly recommend Laser dentistry to everyone ! You will leave their with a smile because everyone is always very positive and making sure your comfortable
