Mineca was born in Florida, but spent time in many regions of the country as part of a military family with relatives in the Pacific Northwest. She developed a love of the outdoors as a child living in CA exploring Yosemite. She graduated with a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from Pacific University of OR.
Mineca has continued to develop skills as a manual orthopedic therapist by taking a variety of continuing education including a year-long manual therapy course based on the Norwegian Osteopathic method (Evjenth/Kaltenborn). She is a Level 1 Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling Practitioner and Polestar Pilates Rehab Practitioner and a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.
