Since 2012, Balance Center Physical Therapy has offered a wide range of treatment options for residents in Northern Colorado including Fort Collins, Loveland, Wellington, Windsor and Greeley. Our mission is to assist the residents of Northern Colorado to achieve optimum health and fitness and to be able to stay independent and able to participate in their favorite activities.

We are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in health care and using the information to help our clients achieve their goals. Wanda Simmons, PT, CEEAA, has practiced Physical Therapy in Fort Collins for over 30 years in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Geriatrics.

By careful analysis of the contributing factors that lead to frequent falls - we establish an individualized exercise plan to restore your confidence and get you back to your old self. As the leading vertigo treatment clinic in Colorado, we help clients overcome the symptoms and causes for unsteadiness (including but not limited to vertigo, dizziness, and vestibular conditions) so that you can once again be on easy footing.
Pilates, when used as a rehabilitation tool, is a full-body, comprehensive approach to post-surgery or post-injury. Even if you have no previous experience with Pilates, it can seamlessly be incorporated into your treatment. Pilates exercises work by correctly positioning of the body of each individual to help to achieve maximum benefit, promote body awareness and proper movement.

This place is amazing! Wanda was so kind and attentive to my balance issues. After a series of ankle injuries she came up with a comprehensive solution to get me back on track. Where before I could barely do any exercise or activities, I am now back to exercising 3 days a week. Highly recommend!
