Leigh Ann is the best massage therapist I have ever been too. She focuses on making you the client feel better. I have been in there multiple times for lower back and neck issues and after I leave I feel so much better and relaxed.

I can't express enough how much I love Sacred Moments. I started attending yoga classes here back in May and the wonderful atmosphere has kept me coming back for more. It's a laid back atmosphere that is serious about yoga without taking itself too seriously. We laugh and joke, encourage and root each other on, and that sense of family comes right from the top. It's the only time in my life I've ever felt 100% comfortable working out in front of other people.

Just had an wonderful experience with Dr. Jennifer Huynh, AP. She did an acupuncture and cupping treatment for my back and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so relaxed and pain-free in my life. Not to mention the atmosphere at Sacred Moments is inviting and clam which just added to the experience. I will absolutely be coming back as soon as possible. Thank you *so* much!

I started back up my Yoga practice at Sacred Moments in 2019 after being out of it for a few years. I had been searching for a local practice and just happened upon the location after donating some household items across the parking lot at the HOPE Chest. After checking out the reviews online I decided to give it a try. It is making such a huge difference in my life in toning, meditating, stretching, balancing, and meeting other like minded people. It was great to practice yoga with other people after isolation! There was plenty of space to stretch out while social distancing and the poses were challenging with variations available (for when I couldn't quite reach). Thank you Leigh Ann! I feel great!
