Please understand that this is a partial application. After completing the online application, please take the next step to call the office at (970) 949-1285 and we can give you an update on availability! We are open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. This information changes from day to day.
Once we receive all the required documents and the Holding Deposit in the time allotted, we will run your application and a formal hold on the available apartment will be placed by you until we determine eligibility.If there is not an apartment available for you, we will retain your information for five (5) business days to see if something should come available.

Edit- They called back finally.
Only reason I'm giving it one star is because they never answer the phone and every single time I go to the office to talk to someone they're not there. You would think they'd have someone there during the hours they have posted, but they don't.

The management is the worst. Good lucky trying to move in. I put a $500 deposit down and waited 10 days without hearing a word. No responses to either of the two voicemails I left asking about my “potentialy forfeitable deposit”.
Seriously, just look at all of the other reviews. This place really is terrible, and with the people they have running it that will never change.

Love living here! It's the most affordable, pet-friendly place to live in the area. The office staff (Sarah and Nallely!) is fantastic (and patient!) with addressing our needs. The maintenance crew (Sergio and Nick!) does their very best to stay on top of work-orders AND keep the grounds looking beautiful and safe. Highly recommend!
