Beautiful property, but is really sad how management didn’t care enough about their residents during a world crisis. The Villas didn’t offer any discounts during this pandemic what it seems to me that all they care about is money and not their residents.This property went down hill really fast. Not only do they not seem to care about the residents but also about the property. The grass is long and very dry, there is trash around the property, the gutters are full of trash, the pet waist cans are overflowed with poopy bags all around it. Is hard to get in contact with office staff they don’t

I just came back from visiting my children whom live at these apartments with there dad. This was my fourth visit to Colorado. I've stop by the office twice, one to use the restroom and once to get a guest parking pass during my trips.The leasing people were very welcoming and friendly to me. They even remembered my name! Seems like a nice peaceful place to live in there little city. Too bad Colorado is too cold for me to ever move there...

Since moving to Colorado 3 years ago I have lived here in Eagle Villa's. When I first moved in it was just a place to live, a building with a room for my family and me. But in the past year or so a lot has changed, the management team has really invested in our little community, they've hired fantastic people like Daniel to maintain the buildings and grounds, they've started more family events, and they've become much more aware of the needs of their residents. I feel blessed to call this community home, and I encourage you to come see the place for yourself!
